It All Began When My Stress Wouldn't Go Away...
A few years ago I found myself working too much and pushing myself too hard. I wasn't sleeping well either. I started gaining weight and looking older than I should. I was relying on sugar and caffeine to get me through my days. Then one day my body just couldn't take any more. I was depressed, heavy, and really miserable. I had to find a way out fast or I was in for some serious health issues. What was your wake up call?
Body movement, hydration, mitochondrial support, focused breathing, detox lifestyle.
On coaching calls with my awesome clients, studying Quantum Morphogenetic Physics, or looking for a new, warm location to travel to.
Ignoring them deeper issues or covering things up with a band-aid.

This prompted me to dig into my health nut roots and I went back to school for a Fellowship in Anti-aging and Functional Medicine from the University of South Florida School of Medicine which placed a huge emphasis on nutrition, detox, cleansing, and science backed nutritional supplementation.
I know that our bodies can heal themselves naturally and I use all of the tools I have learned to help coach YOU to become healthier, happier, and satisfied with how you look and feel. I, too, have used many of the modalities I have learned to heal myself from anxiety, stress, insomnia, adrenal fatigue, and weight and body image issues.
My superpower is helping women become the best version of themselves while pursuing the kind of life they actually want.... one with abundant freedom, joy, and peace.
I decided to be come a Pharmacist when I went to college as it seemed like a great profession. Somehow I knew it serve me in the future and that is exactly what manifested. I enjoyed being a pharmacist for quite a few years and then I grew increasingly dissatisfied with how I was “helping” people. The people I was filling prescriptions for were getting sicker and sicker, not better and healthier.
